TVPOA publishes a 2026 assessment of $186.98 a month, but that is not the complete cost of owning a particular property. The buyer still needs the parcel account, property-specific associations, optional services, utility record, closing charges and settlement statement.

The Blue Book also says an ACC permit must be obtained before renting any Living Unit. Its Short-Term Rental category covers less than six consecutive months, and its Long-Term Rental category covers six consecutive months or more. That published process is not a parcel approval. 1

The Blue Book limits a rental to the primary Living Unit and excludes accessory dwelling units and uninhabitable structures such as garages or sheds. Tellico Village also spans Loudon and Monroe Counties. Those facts make the parcel record and written ACC answer more useful than a listing label. 1 2
