Lake Tansi
The booklet uses an ACC application for shoreline protection, docks, boardwalks and boat covers; dredging requires notice to the POA plus a state permit. A drawdown supplies neither approval. 7
Tellico Village
An existing structure, low-water period or seller approval does not establish the buyer's right to alter or replace it. 6
