That address reaches a person. Expect a reply within a few days. There is no ticketing system, no chat widget, and no autoresponder.

This is the most useful thing you can send. Include the page, the figure, and what you believe the correct figure is. A link to a source helps enormously, and a phone number for the office that told you helps almost as much.

Every correction is made in public. The figure changes, the verified-as-of date changes, and a line goes into the corrections log saying what was wrong and when it was fixed. Nothing is edited quietly.

This applies equally to the Fairfield Glade Community Club, Covenant Health, the Tellico Village Property Owners Association, or anyone else described on this site. If you hold a figure that contradicts one here, it will be checked.

Individual advice on whether to buy a particular house, or whether a particular community suits a particular household. Not out of unhelpfulness. It would require knowing your finances and your health, and answering it well would make this a consultancy rather than a publication.

Legal, tax, medical and investment questions likewise. The pages here are reporting, and the due-diligence lists are written to be taken to the people who are qualified to answer.

• Your address will not be added to a mailing list.
• Your address will not be given, sold or rented to anyone.
• You will not be followed up with an offer.

If you ask to be told when the guide's checkout opens, that is the one message you will get, and then your address is deleted.
