Start with the distinction that matters
The Lake Tansi Property Owners Association has announced a Lake Tansi drawdown for fall 2027. That is a future maintenance schedule. It is not a measurement of the lake today, an exact work date, or permission to dredge, rebuild a dock or change a shoreline wall. 1
